KP Truck Parking started in 2020 for one reason: truck drivers needed a real place to park between deliveries, and it was getting harder to find. As the transportation industry kept growing and new laws and ordinances limited where commercial vehicles could park, too many drivers were left with fewer options.

We saw the problem, and we built a solution.

Founded by someone who has lived the job

KP Truck Parking is part of Kanzler Properties, founded by Kyle Kanzler, a fourth-generation heavy equipment operator and truck driver in the Chicagoland area. He has driven a day cab, made deliveries across the suburbs and inner city, and experienced the challenges of the work firsthand.

That experience shapes how we operate. Kyle leads with a service-first mindset and stays accessible 24/7, because when your truck is how you provide for your family, support cannot wait.
